bitch, bitch, whine

I had a delivery appointment today for 8:00 - 10:00. By 10:15 I had gotten in touch with an actual person who tried to locate the driver. Finally at 10:30 they said I could leave a note that it's okay to have the driver leave the delivery.

My question is: why did they not let me do that in the first place so I wouldn't be two hours late for work??

Grrr.

And then I had a VM from the driver saying he couldn't find my house. At 1:30.
